Sims 4 Build N Share Challenge 5

A bit more advanced I think this build is compared to my last one, spent a bit more time exploring the build mode and using things I haven't used.

Dual Homes

Overview of the house for Leroy and Charlotte (Arts and Crafts Interior, Plenty of floor space to allow access for a walker).

Entrance/Living Room (mostly open plan, staircase leading to Leroy's space and bathroom).

Charlotte's Sewing Room ( I tried to make this feel quite homely and cottagey and a nice space to sit and relax)

Kitchen and Dining Space

The Bedroom

The Ensuite for easy access for Charlotte. Bright and Coloourful like an artist's home should be.

The Upstairs hallway, difficult for Charlotte to access but has a place for Leroy so he doesnt disturb Charlotte.

Leroy's den. Calming colours and a boyish room for him to chill out in.

Upstairs bathroom, bit sparse because I forgot to add things in then started taking pictures (sorry!).

The outside space of Leroy and Charlotte’s home:

 These are the balcony ^

 Some exterior shots ^

 Some garden photos ^

Now, for Vivian’s home, with an eclectic interior with some blues and white to give a coastal touch.
Overview:

Entrance hall and Kitchen

The small reading area before you go into the living room with plenty of bookcases scattered about this home there are many places to sit and relax with a book!

 Living Room

There is also a small downstairs toilet

Greenhouse (attached to the house for access reasons and also because it means no going outdoors when it's pouring with rain, in sim land anyway!

Now, the upstairs landing and reading area!

Another bookshelf although it's hard to make out, sorry! ^^

Another reading area, tried to make it eclectic through use of colours and mismatch furniture.

 Okay, now for the bedroom,

(this was possibly my favorite room, I just love the colours, also tried to incorporate a bit of a coastal feel as well)
 Anyway, this is the bathroom.

Finally, the upstairs reading room and writing space

Now lastly for the outside space
Front of the house

Back of the house (plenty of space to garden and also relax!)

Front porch
